About me
My name is Marika Krook. I am a singer, actress, entrepreneur, voice- and performance coach. I have studied in Helsinki, New York, London, Vienna, Rome and Munich. I did my masters degree at the Sibelius Academy as a soloist in the classical department.
From a very young age I knew that singing was something I wanted to do. But my introverted personality and lack of positive self talk led me to have immense stage fright. But that didn’t stop me from working on stage.
I’ve performed all over the world as an actress and singer. I've sung a broad variety of styles like: classical, pop, rock, musicals, jazz and folk music. I've worked as a singing teacher for about 30 years.
